What is the enneagram?

The Enneagram is an ancient and incredibly helpful tool for understanding how we are put together and relate to others. It has been used for over 1,000 years by ancient desert mystics and now is spreading to universities and fortune 500 management teams.

There are 9 different enneagram types, and while you find yourself to be pieces of each, there is one you primarily identify with. It can be used to gain awareness on why you do certain things or how you act in certain relationships.

What is this event?

This event is a 1-day workshop to understand ourselves better, and how we interact in our most important relationships. It will be informational, along and insightful and thought-provoking as we journey through what the enneagram is and how our motivations, habits, and life choices can be seen as a reflection of the enneagram type we identify with. Our hope is that this is an opportunity to become conscious and curious about how you are wired and why.

At 4:00pm, there is a social hour as well so plan on sticking around to make new friends and connect with old ones over delicious beverages!

Who is leading it?

Christy & Johnny LaLonde have been married for 12 years and share a love of the Enneagram. Christy is being trained as an Enneagram teacher by The Narrative Enneagram. Johnny regularly uses the Enneagram in his work as a therapist, coach and teacher. They live in San Francisco with their 2 year old daughter, Hope.
